To preserve the plating of your sterling silver jewelry, avoid exposure to household cleaning products, bleach and other strong chemicals. We recommend that you store your silver jewelry in zip lock or airtight container for safekeeping. 

1. Regular Cleaning: Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using paper towels or tissue paper as they can scratch the surface. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap with warm water and a soft brush, but be gentle to avoid scratching.

2. Avoid Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, ammonia, and harsh detergents. These can damage both the sterling silver and the rhodium plating. Always remove your jewelry before using cleaning products.

3. Wear with Care: Avoid wearing your jewelry during activities that may cause excessive sweating or expose it to rough conditions, like during sports or heavy labor. Sweat can tarnish the silver and potentially damage the rhodium plating.

8. Avoid Ultrasonic Cleaners: While these are great for many types of jewelry, they can sometimes damage the rhodium plating on sterling silver. It's best to clean rhodium-plated silver manually.
