Size Issue

I had given the required size in mm ..... 17mm was the size I needed. I received a 15mm ring which doesn't fit my wife's finger well. I called you.... the lady gave me some reasons...... which I couldn't understand. But she wanted me to send the ring back to them and get a new one of correct size. For the hassle of it .... I didn't send it back. It's almost of no use to my wife as she can't wear it.🤨🤨
